Welcome to the MealTab private beta. These Beta Terms apply to your participation in the MealTab beta program and your use of prerelease versions of MealTab.
By accessing or using the MealTab beta, you agree to these terms.
1. Beta Software
MealTab is currently prerelease software provided for testing and evaluation.
Features may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, or not work as expected. MealTab may add, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time.
Please do not rely on the beta as your only record of important information.
2. Private Beta
Access to the MealTab beta is intended only for invited or approved testers.
Please do not share your beta invitation, private access links, screenshots, unpublished features, or other private beta materials publicly without permission.
MealTab may revoke or limit beta access at any time.
3. Grocery Prices and Availability
MealTab may provide grocery prices, estimated shopping totals, product information, availability, savings estimates, and other shopping information.
This information may change and may not always reflect the price or availability you encounter at a particular store or at the time of purchase.
Always confirm final prices and product information with the retailer before purchasing.
4. Recipes, Nutrition and Dietary Information
Recipes, nutrition information, ingredient information, dietary classifications, substitutions, meal recommendations, and related information provided by MealTab are for general informational and meal-planning purposes.
MealTab is not a medical or nutritional service and does not provide medical advice.
If you have food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or medical dietary requirements, always independently verify ingredients, labels, preparation methods, and allergen information before consuming a food or product.
5. Your Data
Your use of MealTab is also subject to the MealTab Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and handled.
Because MealTab is in beta, you should not assume that information entered into the beta will always remain available. Features and data structures may change during testing.
6. Feedback
We hope you’ll tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what could be better.
If you provide ideas, comments, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback about MealTab, you give MealTab permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve, develop, market, or operate MealTab and related products.
You retain ownership of any original materials you submit as part of your feedback.
7. MealTab Intellectual Property
MealTab, including its software, design, interface, branding, graphics, content, and other original materials, is owned by MealTab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Participation in the beta does not transfer ownership of MealTab or grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit MealTab or its proprietary materials except as permitted by applicable law.
8. No Warranty
The MealTab beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for testing and evaluation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealTab makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, performance, or fitness of the beta for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MealTab will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your participation in the beta or use of prerelease software.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending Participation
You may stop participating in the beta at any time.
MealTab may also suspend or end your beta access at any time, including as the beta changes or moves toward public release.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as MealTab develops. If material changes affect beta testers, the updated terms will be made available through MealTab or the beta program.
